Despite having no specific release date yet, the official Weibo page of Biao Ren: Blades of the Guardians donghua has unveiled a set of character and conceptual promotional videos for several characters in the story which includes its main character Dao Ma and some of his allies.
The character PV for Biao Ren was first released on April 3 which first revealed the character setting featuring Dao Ma. It was then followed by a PV for Ayuya which was released on April 13, and for Xiaoqi on April 20. Lao Mo’s character PV was also revealed on May 6, along with Yan Ziniang on May 10. The most recent is Diting’s PV which was released on May 22.

Biao Ren: Blades of the Guardians is an upcoming donghua from Colored Pencil Animation and Tencent Penguin Pictures, an adaptation of the popular manhua by Xianzhe Xu. The donghua has been scheduled as part of Tencent’s 2022 Chinese anime lineup.
