A short donghua is coming ahead of the main series this March as Shi Wang Zhe A? had been scheduled for release on March 18, 2022, according to Mundo Donghua.
The upcoming donghua is a spin-off and short series of Wang Zhe Rongyao (Honor of Kings), one of the Chinese anime from Tencent’s 2022 lineup which is adapted from a popular video game of the same title, a multiplayer online battle arena which was developed by TiMi Studio Group and had been published by Tencent Games.
While the Wang Zhe Rongyao is still in production and animated by Cloud Art and Original Force (the studio behind A Record of a Mortal’s Journey to Immortality) and is produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures. The short donghua Shi Wang Zhe A? is produced by TiMi Studio Group.
