The Mirror: Twin Cities Donghua To Be Release on November 15

Jing: Shuang Cheng or The Mirror: Twin Cities is finally releasing on November 15 and the fans must be rejoicing after waiting for quite a long period of time since Tencent has previously aired its prequel – Jing: Shuang Cheng – Feng Qi Pian which was released last year. The prequel is the prologue to an even bigger and grander story of Na Sheng and her adventure filled with so much action and mysticism as she travels across various lands.

The Mirror: Twin Cities release date is slated on November 15 2021 and it will be streamed on its official page on Tencent Video upon its premiere. The series is animated by studio Foch and produced by Tencent Pictures, Tencent Penguin Pictures, and Tencent Animation & Comics.

The Mirror Twin Cities is scheduled to receive 16 episodes through its run until February 21, 2022.

Synopsis

A passionate and optimistic Miao girl by the name of Nasheng undergoes the long and desolate journey to Desolate Clouds, a dreamlike paradise, in order to escape from the chaos of the world. But is Desolate Clouds just, as they say, a fairylike utopia? Accompanying her every step to Desolate Clouds are Xueyu and Xingfeng, each one with a distinctive personality. Figures of legend are also struggling with one another to arrive, creating a moving and touching fairytale.

The donghua is adapted from the romance and wuxia novel, The Mirror: Twin Cities, the first series from the Mirror series of author Cang Yue which was published in 2008.
