Planet Cartoon is handling the production of Take My Brother Away Season 5 with Tencent Penguin Pictures as the producer.
The series was adapted from a Chinese manhua of the same title. Kuai Ba Wo Ge Dai Zou or Please Take My Brother Away is a manhua that was written and drawn by Ling You, and was first published in 2016 on KuaiKan Manhua.
Synopsis
What’s your brother like? To Miao, her brother Fen is someone who would tease her and make her explode 100 times a day; not a peaceful day as the two are fighting every single minute. However, when troubles come, Fen will become a caring, loving brother who protects his little sister at all costs.
It was first adapted into an anime under the title Ani ni Tsukeru Kusuri wa Nai! in 2017. It was directed by Rarecho with Kouhei Chida and Yoshiaki Dewa as part of the production team. The series has then spawned several seasons up to the 4th season which was released in 2020.
